DOSAGE & USAGES
OXYDATIVE PROTECTION
Anti-Ox® and VBX: Innovative Tannin Complexes for Optimal Wine Protection
Anti-Ox®, known as EBX-PROTECT® outside Europe and in Spain, is a post-fermentation solution designed to enhance the stability of wines after fermentation. This product effectively protects against oxidation, prolongs the wine's shelf life, and maintains its freshness and vibrancy.
VBX, used in pre-fermentation protection, stabilizes color from the beginning of the winemaking process by preserving anthocyanins and preventing their oxidation. Thanks to this action, the wine's color intensity and delicate aromas are better preserved.
These two innovative solutions also play a preventive role against the development of "mousy taint," a microbial defect that can significantly compromise wine quality. By integrating Anti-Ox® and VBX into your winemaking process, you ensure complete protection, preserve the organoleptic quality of your wines, and optimize their aging potential.
EBX-BARREL PROTECT®
is a natural and innovative solution designed to protect your empty barrels during storage, without the use of sulfur, ozone, or UV. This non-intrusive process, which is quick and easy to use, effectively prevents bacterial and yeast growth while preserving the intrinsic characteristics of your barrels, thereby extending their lifespan.
Go Protect !36 months of oak seasoning
Exposure to natural weathering removes harsh compounds, while enzymes break down cellulose and hemicellulose, releasing key aromatic compounds like vanillin and lactones. This extended maturation ensures a refined structure and enhanced complexity, resulting in a well-balanced contribution to the final product.
Engineering & Tradition
We design and develop our own machines, drawing inspiration from other industries to innovate. However, we stay deeply rooted in the expertise passed down through five generations of master coopers. This unique combination of modern technology and traditional craftsmanship allows us to create precision oak solutions that meet the highest standards, while honoring the legacy of our heritage in barrel-making.
360° Vision for a Sustainable Future
